A Fitness Adventure on the Waves
This week, we hoist the lines, set the sails, all using our
own physical strength in harmony with nature. Alongside
a certified trainer, we strike a perfect balance
between relaxation and fitness. There is scarcely a
better week to return to daily life fully recharged and
energized. Whether you’re a beginner or a passionate
athlete, someone who loves movement or is interested
in fitness – everyone is welcome.

Where will you sail?
Embarkation Point
This route starts and ends in Athens Marina, which is located approximately 30 minutes from Athens airport.
Check-In: 5 PM on the first day of the tour.
Check-Out: 9:00 AM on the last day of the tour.
On Friday, we will arrive at the marina in Poros 6pm.
We will spend the last night in the port and disembark from the boat by 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Fitness Journey
Here’s our sailing program for the week, but with a caveat – we’re at the mercy of nature and must remain flexible to follow the wind and weather. An adventure awaits us, one that we’ll create together.
Our fitness sessions run from 8:00 AM and range from 45 minutes to one hour

As we’ve connected with many people throughout the week, today, we celebrate with good music in the midst of paradise. During the day, we’ll dance on the waves and revel in the joys of life at sea.
💃 Friday: “Fitness Fiesta Friday”
Celebrate the end of the week with a fitness fiesta session. What could be more beautiful than enjoying the last evening together and reminiscing about the fantastic week? We’ll cherish memories and indulge in a special dinner under the twinkling stars.

Conclude the week with an adventurous run on the island.
